Dejan maintains a stock of common spare parts, including hooks, needle plates, presser feet, feed dogs, belts, motor drivers, etc. Emergency spare parts orders can be shipped within 3 working days via DHL, FedEx, or other international couriers. We provide a 12-month standard warranty (excluding wear parts). During the warranty period, replacement parts for manufacturing defects are provided free of charge. We will remotely diagnose the cause and, if necessary, send parts or arrange repair.
