Within 12 months from the date of purchase, if a mechanical structure failure or electrical component damage occurs due to manufacturing
defects (not caused by human factors), Dejan will provide free replacement parts and remote technical guidance. Dejan also covers the cost
of defective parts and one standard shipping.
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty; the customer shall bear the cost of spare parts and applicable service fees:
Normal wear – Hooks, needle plates, presser feet, feed dogs, belts, bulbs, fuses, and other consumable parts.
Man‑made damage – Improper operation, dropping, liquid ingress, wrong voltage, unauthorized modification or disassembly.
Poor maintenance – Wear or seizure caused by prolonged failure to lubricate or clean as required.
Force majeure – Fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
Overloading – Continuous heavy‑duty operation beyond the machine’s design specifications.
Third‑party repair – Secondary damage from disassembly or repair not authorized by Dejan.
Dejan’s repair service follows six steps to minimize your downtime:
Step 1: Report the failure
Contact our after‑sales team via WeChat, WhatsApp, email, or phone, describe the problem, and provide clear video or photos.
Step 2: Remote diagnosis
A technical engineer analyzes remotely to determine the cause and required parts (diagnosis result usually within 48 hours).
Step 3: Propose a repair plan
Inform the customer whether the issue is under warranty, whether parts need replacement, and any estimated costs.
Step 4: Ship parts
Under warranty: parts shipped free of charge. Out of warranty: customer purchases parts, and Dejan ships within 3 working days.
Step 5: Guide replacement/repair
For simple issues, we provide illustrated or video instructions to help the customer replace parts themselves.
Step 6: Factory repair (if necessary)
For complex issues, the customer may return the machine to Dejan’s factory. Both parties agree on shipping costs. Dejan will complete the repair and ship back within 7 working days after receiving the machine.

When a failure is not covered by the free warranty, the customer shall bear the following charges:
Parts cost – According to Dejan’s spare parts price list.
Remote support fee – The first time out of warranty is free; subsequent fees are per incident or negotiable.
Factory repair labor – Quoted in advance based on actual working hours, with customer approval before repair.
Shipping cost – Customer pays shipping to Dejan’s factory; Dejan pays return shipping after factory repair.

Any unauthorized disassembly or modification will immediately void the warranty.
Customers are advised to clean and lubricate the machine regularly according to the manual. This will effectively extend machine life and reduce failures.
